PSC e-Invoice Services
Privacy policy
How we handle personal information when you use PSCForm to manage accounts, invoices and tax documents.

01 About this notice
This notice covers the PSCForm website and its account, invoice lookup and business administration features, provided as part of PSC e-Invoice Services ("PSC", "we" or "us").
Your employer, invoice issuer or service partner may supply and manage information in PSCForm. That organisation determines the business purpose of its records and may have its own privacy notice. For a question about an invoice, contact its issuer; for a question about PSCForm or your account, contact PSC support.
02 Information we handle
The information involved depends on the features you use and what you or your organisation provide:
- Account and contact details
- Names, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, account permissions and authentication information.
- Business and invoice records
- Client and customer details, tax identifiers, addresses, bank details where supplied, invoice items and amounts, recipients, reports, attachments and tax-authority messages.
- Registration and signing information
- Representative details, identity information where entered, digital certificates and signing-related files used in registration and invoicing.
- Service and support activity
- Search requests, document requests, timestamps, processing results, error records and information you send when asking for help. Hosting services may also record network and browser information.
Information can come from you, authorised users in your organisation, connected business systems, or responses from invoicing and tax services. Please provide only information needed for the task and ensure you are authorised to supply another person's details.
03 How information is used
- Sign you in, manage access to assigned clients and support account recovery.
- Create, retrieve, deliver, register and administer invoices and related documents.
- Process tax submissions, responses, reports and requested exports.
- Answer support requests, investigate errors and help protect the service against misuse.
The permissions needed to process information depend on the activity, your organisation's instructions and applicable law. Reading this notice or using an essential cookie is not, by itself, consent to every use of personal information.
04 Sharing & service providers
Records may be available to authorised administrators, assigned partners and client users. Invoicing workflows can also send information to the recipients your organisation selects, connected invoice services and tax authorities.
PSCForm uses Microsoft Azure services for hosting and data storage and SendGrid for service emails. The information involved can include stored business records, recipient addresses and message content, depending on the operation.
Some View links use Google or Microsoft document viewers. Opening these previews can share the document address and content with the viewer provider, alongside browser or network information. Those providers apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
Cloud, email and document-viewing services may process information outside Vietnam, depending on the services configured for your organisation. Contact PSC for details about the providers and processing locations relevant to your service.
06 Keeping information
Retention depends on the record type, the service arrangement with your organisation, and applicable tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Invoice records, tax submissions and related documents may need to remain available after an account closes.
Deleting a PSCForm login account does not automatically delete your organisation's invoices, customer records, reports or copies held by recipients and connected services. Contact your organisation or PSC support to ask about retention or deletion of a specific record.
07 Protecting information
The application uses sign-in and permission checks, protections for form submissions, and encrypted connections on its production website. These controls help reduce unauthorised access and misuse; no online service can guarantee complete security.
Keep your password, recovery codes, signing credentials and invoice access codes private. Sign out on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorised access or an incorrectly shared document, contact PSC support with enough detail to identify the issue, without sending passwords or private signing keys.
08 Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about processing of your personal data; request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction; object to processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also raise a complaint or seek other remedies available under law. See the Vietnam Personal Data Protection Law (91/2025/QH15).
Use the privacy contact below to explain your request and the records involved. We may need to verify your identity or authority and coordinate with the organisation that supplied the records. A request may be subject to legal retention requirements or other lawful limits.
The Personal Data page lets you download your account profile or start account deletion. The profile download is not a complete export of business or invoice records.
09 Contact & updates
For a privacy question or request about PSCForm, contact PSC e-Invoice Services at support@psctelecom.com.vn. Include your name, your organisation if relevant, and a short description of your request. Please do not email passwords, recovery codes or private signing keys.
